I attend PayPerPost University.

In recent months, there has been a lot of commotion over at the PayPerPost (PPP) community boards with Posties disagreeing with various parts of the Terms of Service. Running such a successful paid blogging company can be a headache in itself with thousands of posties to keep track of, so there is bound to be disagreement and misunderstood rules by those that are new. Not only that, but for someone who is new to the PayPerPost community it can be rather intimidating trying to figure out the nuts and bolts of how the system works; however, those fears can be laid to rest with the introduction of PayPerPost’s newest information site: PayPerPost University.

The University is a place where new posties and old posties alike, as well as advertisers can read up on much needed information about the PayPerPost system. Filled with various video tutorials the University site makes it easy for posties and advertisers to learn how to navigate the system, making their paid blogging experience a breeze or at least a little less hectic. Not only that, but University is home to the newest addition of guidelines called Best Practices. The best practices are a list of suggestions that was formed from a list of ideas on the community forum; these suggestions are just that, suggestions, which one would hope that all posties would try to follow along with the terms of services to make their paid blogging experience easier. Following the best practices not only helps make your blog better but also helps utilize the PayPerPost marketplace in a more efficient way.

Personally, I am thankful for the information provided to me at the PayPerPost University website. When I first entered the PayPerPost system, I was lost and wasn’t exactly sure of all the rules and regulations, however, writing my sponsored posts are now a breeze as I have the rules/guidelines laid out for me. Not only that, but having video tutorials are great as it allows me to visually see what to do when it comes to working the system and I look forward to more videos at a later date. It takes time for everyone to get use to the way a system works, but it helps when things are written out in words for all to see and that is exactly what PayPerPost University provides for us. I give PayPerPost University an A+…well I guess I’m the one who would be receiving the A+, right? :P

PPP is Great.

A few months ago, I signed up for PayPerPost on my alternative blog as I was in the process of setting this domain up again;my domain was approved for PPP last month while my alternative blogwas approved back in July.I decided to jump on the bandwagon that so many people had joined over time to see what the hype was all about and I’m glad I did. Being a full-time college student taking 16 credits this current semester, it is hard for me to find a part time job that is willing to be flexible with my schedule along with being able to balance the time needed for studying as well as working.

I signed up for PPP in hopes of bringing some extra cash in while blogging about the things I enjoy, I focus solely onblog ads(aka opportunities)that I feel I can relate a personal experience too or have a vast interest or knowledge in. So far, in the few months that I’ve been doing PPP I have made close to $200…while this may not seem like a lot to many over a few months time, it allows me to cover gas for the car, lunch after classes/during breaks amongst other odds and ends. The great thing about PayPerPost is that you get are able to pick and choose what you want to write about, thus there is no forced writing about topics you have no interest in or can’t even relate too. Not only that, but they have a great community of people that are nice and willing to help you out via the forums if you ever need it. If you are interested in making some extra cash, blogging about the things you enjoy and love I would recommend signing up for a PPP account right away.
