On Friday, my second toy from Edenfantasys arrived and I couldn’t wait to get it inside to test it out. This time around, I decided to go with something small and discreet because I believe every women should have a vibrator that she can use while in a hurry without the added weight or when she needs a quick fix. In my quest to find that small vibrator that would do the deed, I happened upon the Bcute Pearl by BSwish.

When I initially opened the simple black box it comes in, I thought “oh this is way cute”, living up the name Bcute. It is offered in three colors Pink, Rose and Purple; I received the Rose color. It comes with an instruction manual and its own storage bag which I find very handy, not only for storage in your purse but for general storage as well. The vibe is made out of smooth silicone which makes for easy clean up as you can use any kind of cleaning solution (boiled water (not the base!), bleach solution, water & soap) to clean and disinfect the toy. Because it is made out of silicone, it is also a lint magnet so I would highly recommend using the storage pouch when possible.

Even though, I was looking for something small and discreet I was quite surprised by the size of the Bcute Pearl as it was smaller than expected. The vibe is 4 1/4″ in length with 3″ of insertable length and is 3 1/4″ around. I would guess the length is no longer than the size of a playing card from a deck of cards. It is small enough to carry in your purse, when you might need it for a special occasion, without being noticed. The vibe takes 1 AA battery, not included, that is inserted into the bottom of the vibe via a twist off cap. There is an O-ring around the end of the vibrator which is barely noticeable when you screw off the cap; this is important as it makes the Bcute fully submersible in water. I tested the waterproofness in the shower and the bathtub as well as a cup of water and did not see any bubbles escaping the vibrator. The waterproofness adds to the fun experience that can come from using the Bcute.

One of the features that drew me to this particular toy, aside from size, are the step ladder bulges found throughout the shaft. These bulges, I assume, are there to create more pleasure when the vibe is inserted into the vagina. Unfortunately, I could hardly feel them as well as the vibrations when inserted. The vibrations range from low to high and are controlled via twisting the base of the toy. Even on the highest vibration, I could not feel them when inserted inside and it barely affected me even when used for direct clitoral stimulation. If you’re looking for a vibrator with more powerful vibrations to send you over the edge, I would look elsewhere. However, this small toy is great for beginners and those just learning about their bodies who may be intimated by the larger vibrators available on the market.

Overall, I thought the Bcute, while cute and discreet, was not enough to win me over. It took forever for me to reach the big O even when used directly on the clit. It may come in handy when I try it out during intercourse and have the inside stimulation from my boyfriend as well as the clitoris stimulation from the Bcute, but for now I am too disappointed to give that a try. I will definitely be searching else where for a small and discreet vibrator that can pack a larger punch.
