As the title says, Alan is moving here. I don’t recall if I blogged about it or not but yes…he is when he is done with his semester at school. He should be here sometime around the beginning of May. I told my aunt this a few weeks ago, for some reason I think she forgot I told her while I was there for Christmas, and promptly went into asking me if that meant a wedding soon. Why does him moving from Michigan (yes I know a big deal!) to move in with me mean a wedding is around the corner? Sure, it is something we’ve talked about and both want but I don’t forsee myself making wedding favors anytime soon, at least not for another year or two. I would like to be married within that timeframe but we’ll see how this goes first and according to him, once he asks me he doesn’t want to stay engaged for a long period of time. I’m excited and it gives me something to look forward. Not only do I get to finally have a normal relationship with him where we can go out and do couple things, we don’t have to deal with the phone and when arguments arise we can work them out more easily!
