I have been wanting to lose weight. It is one of those things that I constantly talk about doing but never do. I’ve looked at various weight loss products thinking and hoping that maybe they will make a magic pill; I know it’ll never happen, we all know this but we can hope right? And then recently I heard about a product that Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser promotes as it has her name on it and how people were saying that an ingredient in the product caused X amount of health problems. I believe it, I mean no diet pill has ever been deemed safe. Hell even the Alli pill that is FDA approved is now being said to cause liver damage over time. I guess we can all hope that one day a magic pill will be created to help us all lose weight more easily and effectively but it won’t come without costs.
