Since my grandfather came down with throat cancer a year ago, I’ve wondered how my grandmother would make it should he pass. I don’t know if my grandpa has life insurance or not and I don’t know if that would cover anything my grandmother would need, but I worry about it. She has mentioned moving out to Kansas for awhile and living with my dad and stepmom but I highly doubt that will happen as she’s lived in South Carolina all her life (well the majority of her life) and her home is there. She’s still able to get around and isn’t ‘old’ and worn out like many people’s grandparents seem to be; she is fully capable mentally and physically to live on her own if she so chooses. We’ll see what happens, last I knew my grandfather was having another biopsy but I never heard the results of it.
