My mom is in town for the week and for Thanksgiving. She arrived from South Carolina on Sunday after driving since Friday night. I’m glad she’s here especially since my step-mom and dad told me and my brother not to come to their house for Thanksgiving since my mom was coming. I am going to South Carolina for Christmas which got me to thinking about the Chinese Christmas game we play with the family. We have to find old and/or used stuff around the house that we don’t want anymore and wrap it up and place it in a pile. We then draw numbers and pick – it’s a bunch of laughs with the stuff people end up with. I had thought about making a huge bag full of random stuff like the best wrinkle treatment jar I got in the mail a few weeks ago as a sample, some lotions and sprays I don’t use and anything else random I can find. We’ll see though!
