My mom flew in last Friday and it seems that things have been pretty up and down since she arrived. First there was a bunch of drama before she got here in regards to her and my dad, and then since she has been here the last two days have been kind of eh. She spent the day with my brother yesterday in Junction City since I had classes (two tests) and I let her take my car…I didn’t expect her to get back as late as she did so I was stuck without a car since 4 pm yesterday afternoon with nothing to do, so I slept.

Today has been crappy because we’ve been trying to figure out how to pay the rent for next month and everyone keeps jumping down my throat about not having a job; I’ve applied for FOUR jobs in the past month, two of which I was turned down and two others I’m waiting to hear back on. I’m hoping to get the one working in the Sociology department on campus. Anyways, we finally got it figured out thanks to the property manger being nice and allowing us to pay half now and the rest by the end of December. Luckily, I don’t have to worry about any other bills for things like health insurance, although that is something I’ll have to add to my list come February since I won’t be on military insurance anymore because I turn 23…UGH just another thing to worry about!!
