I'm my own worst enemy. I always hold everything in until I'm about to explode and then that's never a good thing for anyone. I'm sorry hun. Maybe try and talk to him and tell him how you feel. Or maybe you could write a letter. I do that sometimes so that my feelings don't come all pouring out and I can write it at my own pace. Good luck.
