Part Time!
I’ve been pretty busy the last week with classes starting and working but the good thing about work is that I was asked to STAY! See…when I was hired at the beginning of November, I was hired as a seasonal person who would work for about two months - I didn’t really START working until the beginning of December, so I figured that I would be let go at the end of January but didn’t really want to ask because I was hoping I’d be able to keep my job. I figured they would let me know eventually but as long as they are scheduling me I won’t say anything. Thursday night while working, Linda (manager), asked me if Pam (other manager) had talked to me about my seasonal status to which I replied no. Linda told me that they wanted to offer me a “permanent” spot on the team and that my seasonal status would be changed to regular part time - I said yeah to which she replied with “Oh good…I was hoping you’d say yes because I have you scheduled for register training on Sunday…I’m excited” 
So there you have it, I have a decent job with decent pay and don’t have to worry about finding another job until I quit, find something better, or leave for school 
PS: Know someone who does a lot of construction work? You should really think about getting them a ladder rack for their truck if they do.
