I’m a slacker!
With work, the holidays and Alan having been in town I’ve been pretty slack on updating my site but with everything pretty much done and over with I should be back to posting on a regular basis - I miss it. I plan on working on a new theme or at least finding one I can tweak, I’m tired of looking at this snow stuff so hopefully that will be happening within the next week or so. I’ve had the entire week off with the exception of Sunday when I worked from 8am-12pm, and don’t work again until Friday…I think I get paid tomorrow which will be nice because I’m debating on buying a new dvd-rom/burner for my PC instead of waiting until I build my new PC at the end of the month/beginning of February. I tried putting the dvd-rom from my mom’s PC in mine so that I could install Viva Pinata but of course that didn’t work, then again that drive might be dead too since it’s freakin’ old - who knows! I guess if I buy a brand new one from the store I’ll know for sure if it’s the connection on my motherboard or if it’s the actual drive itself.
On a different, more random note did you know that most of the explosions and house fires that are caused by a gas leakage are caused by methane gases leaks and that products like methane gas detectors could help save you from a possible fire caused by such a leak in the future? It’s just a random product that I came across recently and it made me think about the huge furniture store fire we had here in town that killed 9 firefighters…I’m off to bed!

Computer issues are frustrating sometimes. Agh. I know newegg has a few DVD burners for around $25 that seem pretty decent.
