Christmas will be here in a month’s time which also means that Alan will be here for close to a week (26th-1st), I’m excited to say the least and have been working my poor little old brain for ideas on things we could while he’s here. Of course, we’ll do the usual tour of the town type stuff since he’s never been to Charleston and the meet and greet with the family (oh boy!) but then there is the us time – that quality, alone time that we get to spend together and man I can’t wait. You know it would be a sight to see (his face/reaction that is…not me, god!) if I came out one night wearing a Santa suit or perhaps…leather lingerie! Don’t get any ideas, Alan (he reads this stuff, you know, lol); nah, we do have a few things in mind to do while he’s here and I know he’s excited as well as I am…long distance sucks but it’s well worth the wait in the end when you see the person you love :heart:

On a side note, I need to start my Christmas shopping! I have a few ideas in mind for people but I haven’t started buying gifts since I’m low on funds right now. Hopefully with training today, I’ll be able to pick up some hours; my schedule says they are light on hours this week but next week they expect a jump in sales and hours so I should be good to go – too bad that they are on a bi-weekly payroll though, I hate that Ah well!
