My mom and I were able to knock out a few gifts for family members while at the craft show this morning. We picked up a bubble wand set for my sister and this really nice light house piece for my grandma. I also found something for Alan’s mom as well as a few times to give to Lauren (my brother’s girlfriend). My mom and I got ourselves a few bath bombs – the balls that fizz and release fragrance in the water when you drop them in the tub – and some handmade shea butter lotion that smells really good. I am thinking that when I go to the mall next I need to look into the RC helicopters that they have at some of the kiosks around there for my cousin Patrick since he likes those types of toys. All in all, it was a pretty decent day but I’m way tired since I didn’t get to sleep early last night and had to get up at 8am this morning. Right now, I’m waiting for Alan to get home (he’s in flight now) so that I can finally have a conversation with him for the first time in a week without the distraction of the Bahamas or loud noises in the airport! I’m off to take a bath and get ready for bed!
