Ants and Pants and Other Stuff!
No, I don’t have ants in my pants - although this one time, I do believe I had an ant in my jeans because I left them on the floor and didn’t realize they were crawling around and ended up getting a bite on the back up my leg in a place that you wouldn’t normally get bitten
But seriously, this little black sugar ants better go away soon because they are driving me nuts. I accidentally knocked over a cup of soda the other day on my desk, but I cleaned it up and made sure to get all of it since we’ve had problems with fire ants in the house before (so random too), there’s nothing on my desk that could be attracting them and I can’t find a trail of them anywhere…sigh, they are so annoying though but I rather them be little black ants that don’t bite instead of fire ants that hurt like a mother when they do
This weekend has been pretty decent so far, not much activity going on. I convinced my mom to go over to JCPenny just awhile ago since they opened last weekend at the mall; I tried on some more jeans and had NO luck what so ever…in the length. Aside from going to JCPenny, I slept a good bit of the day since I stayed up late last night playing Super Paper Mario - the game is way addictive and I love me some Mario! I seriously have the best boyfriend (well I knew this already!), he preordered Super Mario Galaxyfor me which releases on the 12th of November - I didn’t ask him too or tell him too, but prior to getting Super Paper Mario I was looking at the Wii games listed on the Gamestop website and alot of the games I want won’t be released until next month or so and that was one of them. He’s like, “I just want to get it for you…deal with it!” I can’t believe I’ll be with him on the 19th, eeh!
I got a 92 on my second probability and statistics test which I was really happy about; I’m hoping I can pull an A in that class, that would be awesome!! I also got my astronomy test back - THE CLASS FAILED THE TEST AS A WHOLE, there’s something wrong with that. The teacher gave us 15 extra points to add to our scores just to bring up the average of the test grades, I ended up getting a 79 with the 15 extra points which is a C. He said he was going to talk to us about the test on Monday so I’m very interested to see what he has to say - I’m not really sure what to do or what to say or how I can make it better for myself so that I can pass…I read the chapters and go over what’s on the study guide but what ends up being on the test is specific information that unless you’re told: “pay close attention to this or this subject” you’re not oging to remember it, especially when its four chapters worth of formulas, scientific explanations of the intensities of stars etc etc. It sounds like an excuse, I know but if only you had the teacher would you understand…there’s obviously SOMETHING wrong when the majority (all but one person really understands his lectures and the tests) of the class is lost and is failing, which means it’s NOT us, right?
On another note, while listening to the radio the other morning the host of the morning show I listen too was making fun of OJ Simpson and how he lost his Rolex watch along with various other expensive royalties in a civil case the other day; what I thought was rather amusing was that one of the co-host was making fun of OJ Simpson and how it wasn’t really a Rolex that he was wearing but a Folex (fake Rolex) and so the fake Rolex was returned to Simpson because it wasn’t worth a dime…you would think that a person with money like OJ Simpson would be able to afford a REAL Rolex watch? I found it rather funny. Eh, maybe I’m amused by stupid things to easily…it gave me a good laugh on the way to class! haha

I’ve never had ants in my jeans, but this one time I went to put on a pair of jeans and there was a huge spider in it and I threw them down and started screaming lol.
I always loved the Mario games. I played them on my nintendo all the time.
