Expensive Living.

Through out my life, I moved around a lot due to the military…I never really had a place to call ‘home,’ never lived in an actual house until we moved to Kansas and lived off base for the first time but even then it wasn’t ours because we rented. Because of this, while grateful I grew up the way I did, I always told myself that I wanted to live in a nice, spacey house that I could actually call my own, my families own and not really have to worry about moving in a year or so because the lease would be up for renewal. But these days it seems that buying any sort of house or condo is rather pricey and with the foreclosure problems it’s hard to sell a house if you are wanting too. It also seems that a lot of condo properties are popping up all over the place. I’ve seen them range from anywhere in the low $120 thousands to well over $500 thousands which is WAY expensive; I have a cousin who lives in the Miami area who recently bought a house in Coconut Grove but prior to buying the house, her and her husband lived in a condo hotels similiar to that of the Ritz Carlton…I couldn’t imagine living in a place like that, but I suppose if you are able to afford the expensive lifestyle why not? Hopefully, when it comes time to buy a house for myself and my family the real estate market will have leveled out and the problems happening now will be long gone.
